The Bottom Line

Provided that the correct approach to coaching is used, that there is rapport between the coach and the lawyer, and that the coach has in–depth knowledge and experience in the practice of law, it is a fact that lawyers respond more positively and have much higher levels of success with one–on–one coaching than with any other form of training. Not only does one–on–one coaching outperform any other kind of lawyer training available, it is the most cost effective approach there is.
